Priv8teer wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please indicate whether you are returning for exchange, refund or credit.
When returning your item, please include your name, address, receipt (can be copy) and the item to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
If the item is defective or wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return shipping. Please include the shipping receipt (can be copy) when returning defective or wrong item and must be by regular 1st class mail. We can not reimburse for express shipping. The original shipping cost in non-refundable.
For items returned that are of the same item but were purchased in multiple sizes and subsequently returned, each item returned may be subject to a restocking fee. Please make sure of your size before you make a purchase. If it is the wrong size, we will gladly exchange for another, as long as the original purchase is in original condition.
All returns must be in the original condition. We do not accept washed dried, damaged or stained in any way items for return.
Please allow up to two weeks to process and return an item to you. We will send you notification email as the status of your order/return.
